Saturday 12pm (can be different from day to day)- cest
I will try to upload atleast 1 video every week on wednesdays 11 am cest. But this is based on if i have time between work, family and stream to record and edit
Tuseday: back workout.
Thursday: arm workout.
Friday/saturday: leg workout.
Friday/saturday/sunday chest workout.
all tho this may be different if i miss a workout or are sick
